A Big Thank You to Ignite’s Business Champion Sponsors

As we gear up for another inspiring Ignite Conference, we want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible sponsors who make this event possible. Their support helps us bring together our business community for a day of connection, learning and growth.
Business Champion Sponsors
Our deepest thanks go to our Business Champion sponsors — the driving force behind Ignite. These premier partners are leaders in our community and true champions of business excellence. Their commitment makes a powerful impact, and we’re honored to have them at the top tier of support. Thank you for lighting the way!
Harfst and Associates, Inc
Harfst and Associates, Inc. — an independent advisory firm offering boutique investment and wealth management services — is sponsoring the conference for the first time this year after years of witnessing “the rewarding benefits previous conferences have provided to a variety of professionals,” said financial and wealth management advisor Danette Harfst.
“Being involved in the Ignite Conference offers a valuable opportunity to connect with industry leaders, discover emerging trends and continue our commitment to staying engaged of our community,” Harfst said. “By supporting this conference, we’re not just investing in an event — we’re investing locally in people with vision, grit and growth on their minds. This event brings together innovators, builders and leaders — exactly the kind of people we love working with.”
Harfst said she sees the event as having tremendous value for both her business and the Sheridan County business community at large.
“Ignite provides an immense value by serving as a hub for learning, networking and growth,” Harfst said. “For Harfst and Associates, it’s an opportunity to gain insights into market trends and connect with potential partners or clients. Additionally, it helps build a more resilient, informed and interconnected business community.”
The Sheridan Press
The Sheridan Press, a newspaper that has served Sheridan County since 1887, is entering its second year of sponsoring Ignite. Editor Ashleigh Snoozy said sponsoring Ignite “perfectly embodies” the paper’s mission.
“The mission of The Sheridan Press is to inform and engage the community by creating, producing and distributing exceptional content and trusted journalism,” Snoozy said. “Sponsoring and attending Ignite perfectly embodies engaging in and with the businesses and leaders of our community. The Sheridan Press exists to support and inform its community, and it’s a pleasure to support the Chamber and local businesses to foster a healthy economy and strong leaders.”
Snoozy says the paper sees tremendous value in the conference, both as sponsors and frequent attendees.
“Ignite equips leaders in our community with tangible and intangible tools to bolster individual skills and Sheridan County’s business acumen,” Snoozy said. “As sponsors, we see benefit in helping empower leaders in our community and support a strong economy. As attendees, we see benefit in those practical takeaways from a well-run conference to better our staff and leadership at The Press.”
Susie Garber Johnson – D.A. Davidson
Garber Johnson is a senior financial advisor with financial advising firm D.A. Davidson, and she has helped sponsor the last five Ignite conferences.
“The primary reason is that I’m an ardent supporter of the chamber, and I feel like it’s really important to support the chamber and their work,” Garber Johnson said. “As for the conference itself, I like that it focuses on leadership development, and I feel like I always come away from it with a better understanding of the organizations and the people in this community.”
Garber Johnson said she sees the conference as a source of strength for herself, her staff and the Sheridan community at large.
“Every year, I offer tickets to our staff here, and Ignite always helps them grow and be the best they can be,” Garber Johnson said. “And for the community, it’s so important to bring businesses together to share ideas, because that’s how we strengthen the community and help it thrive.”
Wyo Stays
Wyo Stays, a local real estate solution offering premium vacation rentals and expert property management services across Wyoming, joined as a Business Champion sponsor for the first time this year.
Dalton Goodyear, owner of Wyo Stays, said it made sense for the company to give back to the community at this time.
“This is our first year officially sponsoring Ignite, and it couldn’t come at a better time,” Goodyear said. “Wyo Stays has grown rapidly in the past few years, and now we’re in a position to give back and invest directly into the community that’s helped us thrive.”
Goodyear said he chose to sponsor Ignite because “this is where the future of Sheridan is being shaped.”
“Ignite is more than a conference — it’s a launchpad for new ideas, unexpected partnerships and authentic community connection,” Goodyear said. “That’s exactly what Wyo Stays stands for….For us, Ignite is a bridge — it connects us with other leaders who care deeply about making Sheridan stronger, smarter and more sustainable. It creates opportunities for collaboration, and it inspires innovation right here in our own backyard.”
Goodyear also said he believed the conference is “proof that Sheridan isn’t just a great place to live — it’s a place to build something meaningful.”
“It lifts up voices, shines a light on local talent and drives momentum that lasts long after the conference ends,” Goodyear said.
