Ag & Natural Resources Committee
Mission: To promote and support agriculture, natural resources, and public lands in our community

Ambassadors
Mission: To serve as “high profile” representatives of the Chamber; to promote new business, encourage progressive growth in established business, and promote conventions, tourism and recreation in the Sheridan County area; to officially greet visiting dignitaries, celebrities and distinguished guests; to officially welcome new businesses to the community and celebrate Grand Openings, and visit established businesses when time permits; to promote and maintain interest in the Sheridan County Ambassadors’ organization.

Mission: To develop new tools and programs to help area businesses grow and prosper, as well as planning and implementing workforce strategies that will ensure the future employability of our workers and address issues affecting business retention, productivity and economic competitiveness.

Government Affairs Committee
Mission: To be a conduit for ideas and information regarding public policy to flow between members, the board, local municipalities, and elected officials, in order to support the health of our communities and the mission of our Chamber; the committee’s goal is to help shape public policy that benefits our membership by proactively promoting community dialogue.

Leadership Sheridan County Steering Committee
Mission: A unique educational program designed to broaden the base of quality leadership by inspiring citizens to assume leadership roles, extending awareness of community resources, and strengthening individual leadership skills.
