30 Years of Strolling: Carroll’s Furniture Helps Bring the Community Together During Christmas Stroll
The holiday season is all about coming together, and perhaps no local event has demonstrated that as well as Christmas Stroll, said Chuck Magera, who co-owns Carroll’s Furniture with his wife Annie.
“This event really exemplifies how great Sheridan is at coming together and supporting all our great downtown businesses,” Magera said.
After 30 years of Christmas Stroll participation, Carroll’s Furniture continues to play a role in bringing the community together every holiday season. Below, Magera shares a little bit about why he loves the Stroll.
Why has your business been a longtime supporter of Christmas Stroll?
The Christmas Stroll is a wonderful community event that brings people together and promotes our amazing downtown.
Do you have a favorite Christmas Stroll theme?
We always enjoy the themes, although we don’t have a favorite. Annie loves to decorate and make the store and storefront festive and beautiful for the holidays.
How has participating in Christmas Stroll benefitted your business?
The Stroll is a great opportunity for people to come and see our store and selection, sometimes for the first time! We are customer-focused and this event is a great time to show that.
