As Christmas Stroll time approaches, those passing by the women’s clothing store will likely see some cozy winter fashions perfect for Christmas shopping season, surrounded by a Christmas tree, snow and other festive decorations.
45th Parallel has been a participant in the Christmas Stroll every year since its inception. Joe and Angel Dahlke, who bought the store in 2008, share a bit about what they love about the event below.
Why has your business been a longtime supporter of Christmas Stroll?
We have and continue to support the Stroll because of the business and exposure it brings to the store and downtown as a whole.
Do you have a favorite Christmas Stroll theme?
We don’t have a favorite theme, but we always enjoy finding out what they are. They are always fun.
How has participating in Christmas Stroll benefitted your business?
Stroll continues to be a great night for us sales wise. Also, many people who don’t usually frequent Main Street will make the trip down for the event, and that always garners new customers.
