This track will provide advanced insights into leadership strategies, business innovation and attracting and retaining top talent across five different sessions, with presentations from Camden Easterling, Stacia Skretteberg, Ryan Gregory and Matt Melinkovich helping leaders gain fresh perspectives that will help them navigate today’s complex business landscape.

Easterling kicks off the executive track at 8:30 a.m. with her presentation “Beyond Ratings and Raises.” Attendees will learn how to create and deliver performance evaluations that are meaningful and push beyond typical form and formality. Easterling will provide leaders with practical and applicable tips to ensure performance reviews are worth the time and effort for both managers and employees.

Easterling works at Peak Consulting and has over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing along with expertise in building and leading teams. She has worked with for-profit and non-profit organizations ranging from local startups to national companies, serving in roles including consultant, in-house strategist, team leader and project manager. Easterling is mindful of clients’ possibilities and their real-world limitations. She thrives on seeing clients, teams, projects and processes functioning seamlessly.

Next, Skretteberg will lead the session “Unlock Employee Engagement by Meeting Nine Core Needs” at 9:45 a.m. This session will explore the nine core needs of employees and how to meet those needs on an ongoing basis.

Her passion for human resources is clear, as is her down-to-earth realistic approach to assisting clients in solving their workplace issues.

Easterling will return to the executive track at 11 a.m. with her presentation “Made to Move: Creating Strategic Plans that Build Momentum.” Easterling will discuss what keeps a strategic plan from gathering dust on a shelf and propels an organization and its team toward their initiatives and goals. Easterling will share how strategic planning provides organizational clarity and team unity, suggest a foundation for the process of effective strategic planning and share insights on how to keep strategic plans visible and progressing.

At 1:45 p.m., Gregory will share how to “Make Your Company a Magnet for A-Players.” Gregory will share how to create a work environment where top talents want to work and stay. This session will take a deeper dive into the tools discussed during Gregory’s presentation at last year’s Ignite conference and provide new tools that can change your company immediately.
